Islandgoers.com LLC is the creation of two brothers from Florida, Paul and David La Motte. Ok, their wives had a lot to say about it too. The two brothers had been visiting the Caribbean since the mid-seventies. Their travels began as surfing safaris and island explorations. A guy thing. These trips, fueled by a love of the ocean and a desire for the perfect island getaway, have led to miles of photos and even longer stories of exotic destinations and unforgettable scenery. Much has changed since the days of jumps seats in a DC- 7 and airstrips lined with goats. Namely, families and kids but the goats may still be there and some airlines aren't too far removed from the jump seats... but the beauty still survives and the island ways can still be found. If you know where to look.

Do understand that this type of adventure travel is not for everyone.
